  • Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the United States, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the Northern District of California, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice of infringement.
  • A statement that you will indemnify the provider of the content for any claims resulting from the restoration of the content.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in question within 10 to 14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action to prevent the restoration.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, POTUS News has a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers. We may remove content or disable access to it, and we reserve the right to terminate access to users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights.
